The call for contributions to the third SESS report is now closed. 12 applications were received, of which 11 were selected for funding. In addition, one contribution will be provided fully in-kind.

10 June - Online workshop with representatives of all contributions: SESS report 2020 - setting the scene

15 September - Submission deadline for contributions

1 October (tentative) - Online workshop with authors: SESS report 2020 - finding connections

13 October - 2 November - Revision period (after you received the reviewer comments)

November/Early December - Editorial process (your input will be requested as the need arises)

10 December - Deadline for invoicing the funding, incl. financial report

11 December - Final report for print

11 January 2021 - Release of SESS report during the Polar Night Week in Longyearbyen
